Delivery Timeframes:

• We ship within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and the recipient’s location, typically ranging from 2 to 10 business days.

• Please note that deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, landslides, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees:

We understand that, at times, a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we have created a flexible exchange and return policy. You may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

• The product must be in excellent condition, unused, clean, and unaltered.
• All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging.
• The shipping cost for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
• If you wish to exchange a product for one of higher value, you may do so by paying the difference.
• The request for an exchange must be made within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

   

Return Conditions:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The product must meet the same condition requirements: unused, clean, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
• The shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
